• Coordinate pre-joining and post-service training activities for crew members.
• Coordinate crew joining processes for timely deployment to vessels.

Job description

• To ensure the selection, planning, and organization of qualified personnel for vessel assignments.
• To plan and coordinate the required training programs for seafarers and ensure their effective implementation.
• To monitor and manage personnel evaluation and performance assessment processes.
• To plan and organize pre-joining and post-service training activities for crew members.
• To coordinate and manage the crew joining process, ensuring timely and efficient deployment of personnel to vessels.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Maritime Studies
• Good knowledge of maritime regulations, STCW requirements, and crew certification processes.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and international environment.
• Strong team player with a proactive and responsible approach to work.

Professional Qualifications

• For Superintendent positions, candidates must hold a valid Master Mariner Certificate of Competency (Unlimited).
• For Supervisor positions, candidates must hold a valid Chief Officer Certificate of Competency (Unlimited).
