Job summary

Ditaș Tankers / Ditaș Denizcilik is seeking a crew planning and training coordinator to ensure qualified personnel are selected, trained, and deployed to vessels efficiently. You will manage pre-joining and post-service training activities and oversee evaluation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies; STCW knowledge required.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills to handle multiple processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and Office; English language skills essential.
• Ability to work effectively in an international environment; team player.
• Knowledge of crew certification processes and maritime regulations.

Responsibilities

• Select, plan and organize qualified personnel for vessel assignments.
• Plan and coordinate training programs for seafarers and ensure implementation.
• Monitor personnel evaluation and performance assessment processes.
• Plan pre-joining and post-service training activities for crew members.
• Coordinate crew joining and deployment to vessels efficiently.
