Job summary

TP is seeking a Content Moderator to help ensure safe experiences for people and businesses across the global online community. You will review and manage internet content daily, following client policies and community guidelines; this role is not remote and requires you to work on-site.

You will handle sensitive material, meet KPI targets, and participate in ongoing training while relocating to Malaysia as needed. A bachelor’s degree and Kurdish language proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written Kurdish with strong reading comprehension.
• Experience in high transactional KPI-driven environments.
• Background in content moderation or customer service with daily targets.
• Ability to multi-task with meticulous attention to detail.
• Mentally and emotionally able to handle offensive content.
• Availability for rotational shifts.
• Willing to relocate to Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify and/or remove user-uploaded content according to client policies.
• Meet key performance indicators defined by the client operations.
• Escalate issues promptly according to procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and protect customer information.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Follow all role-related instructions and communications channels.
