Job summary

TP is seeking a Content Moderator to protect the global online community by reviewing and classifying user-generated content according to client policies and guidelines.

The role requires handling sensitive material, working in rotations, and the potential relocation to Malaysia; training will be provided to apply policies consistently and maintain high-quality reviews.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written Kurdish with strong reading comprehension.
• Experience in a KPI-driven, high-transaction environment.
• Background in content moderation, customer service, or roles with daily targets.

• Mental and emotional readiness to handle offensive or disturbing content.
• Willingness to relocate to Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify, and/or eliminate content uploaded by users according to client policies.
• Maintain high quality while meeting KPIs defined by the client operation.
• Escalate issues promptly following procedures.
• Handle customer information confidentially to ensure information security.
• Participate in ongoing training programs for role development.
• Follow all role-related instructions and procedures.
• Monitor communications across company channels and respond appropriately.

Think of this role as someone who will ensure safe experiences for both people and businesses across the global, online digital community.

As a Content Moderator, you will be instrumental in keeping the global digital community safe. You will be working at a computer each day, reviewing, and managing internet content which at times will be of a sensitive/Egregious and/or graphic nature, and you will be trained on how to apply the client's policies, and then use these policies to uphold the established community guidelines.

This is NOT a work from home position.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Written Kurdish with Strong Reading Comprehension Skills
• Experience of working in a high transactional role, in a KPI driven environment.
• A background in either content moderation, customer service or any other role that involves working with daily targets.
• You will have a track record that demonstrates your ability to perform multiple tasks while paying close attention to detail.
• Mentally and emotionally able to handle offensive or disturbing behaviour, language, and content.
• Availability to work rotational shifts.
• Willing to relocate to Malaysia

Preferred requirements

• Deep familiarity with social media, internet laws, policy regulations and market knowledge
• Content Moderation experience is preferred, but not essential.
• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
