Job summary

TP is seeking a Content Moderator to help ensure safe experiences for people and businesses in the global online community. You will review and manage internet content daily on a computer, learning to apply client policies and uphold community guidelines.

This is NOT a work from home position. Requirements include fluent Kurdish reading, experience in a KPI-driven environment or content moderation, multitasking with attention to detail, and the ability to handle disturbing content.

Qualifications

• Kurdish language proficiency with strong reading comprehension.
• Experience in a KPI-driven role or environment.
• Background in content moderation, customer service, or similar with daily targets.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Mental and emotional resilience to handle offensive or disturbing content.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
• Willing to relocate to Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify and/or eliminate user-uploaded content according to client policies.
• Meet and maintain defined KPIs for quality and speed of reviews.
• Escalate issues in a timely manner per procedures.
• Protect confidential information and ensure data security.
• Participate in ongoing training for role development.
• Follow all role-related instructions and procedures.
• Monitor communications across company channels.
