Job summary

TP in Türkiye is seeking a Content Moderator to ensure safe experiences for users and businesses in the global online community. You will review, classify and remove content in line with client policies, working on-site and handling sensitive material.

This role requires Kurdish language fluency, a track record in high-volume, KPI-driven environments, and the ability to work rotating shifts. Relocation to Malaysia is expected; bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written Kurdish with strong reading comprehension.

• Background in content moderation, customer service, or daily targets.
• Proven ability to multitask with close attention to detail.
• Mentally and emotionally able to handle offensive or disturbing content.
• Availability to work rotational shifts.
• Willing to relocate to Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify and/or remove content uploaded by users, per client policies.
• Meet key performance indicators defined by the client operation while maintaining quality.
• Escalate appropriately according to procedures.
• Adhere to confidentiality policies and protect customer information.
• Participate in company-provided training for role development.
• Follow all role-related instructions and procedures.
• Monitor communications across all company channels.

Think of this role as someone who will ensure safe experiences for both people and businesses across the global, online digital community.

As a Content Moderator, you will be instrumental in keeping the global digital community safe. You will be working at a computer each day, reviewing, and managing internet content which at times will be of a sensitive/Egregious and/or graphic nature, and you will be trained on how to apply the client's policies, and then use these policies to uphold the established community guidelines.

This is NOT a work from home position.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Written Kurdish with Strong Reading Comprehension Skills
• Experience of working in a high transactional role, in a KPI driven environment.
• A background in either content moderation, customer service or any other role that involves working with daily targets.
• You will have a track record that demonstrates your ability to perform multiple tasks while paying close attention to detail.
• Mentally and emotionally able to handle offensive or disturbing behaviour, language, and content.
• Availability to work rotational shifts.
• Willing to relocate to Malaysia

Preferred requirements

• Deep familiarity with social media, internet laws, policy regulations and market knowledge
• Content Moderation experience is preferred, but not essential.
• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required.
