Job summary

TP in Konak, Turkey, seeks a Content Moderator to help keep the global online community safe. You will review and manage user-generated content, applying client policies to uphold community guidelines on a day-to-day basis.

This on-site role involves handling sensitive material, working to KPIs in a fast-paced environment, and rotating shifts. You may be required to relocate to Malaysia as part of the assignment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written Kurdish with strong reading comprehension.
• Experience in a high transactional, KPI-driven environment.
• Background in content moderation or customer service with daily targets.
• Track record of multitasking with attention to detail.
• Able to handle offensive or disturbing content emotionally and mentally.
• Willing to work rotational shifts.
• Willing to relocate to Malaysia.
• Deep familiarity with social media policies and laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify and/or eliminate content uploaded by users according to client policies.
• Meet KPIs and maintain high quality in each reviewed case.
• Escalate issues promptly according to procedures.
• Protect confidentiality and handle customer information securely.
• Participate in ongoing training programs for role development.
• Communicate clearly across multiple company channels.
