Job summary

TP in Turkey is seeking a Content Moderator to help ensure safe experiences for users and businesses across the global online community. You will review, classify and remove content in line with client policies, working on sensitive material and meeting KPI targets.

This on-site role requires rotational shifts, resilience to disturbing content, and willingness to relocate to Malaysia after joining. A bachelor’s degree is expected; familiarity with social media and policy regulations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent in written Kurdish with strong reading comprehension.
• Experience in content moderation, customer service, or KPI-driven roles.
• Able to handle offensive or disturbing content.
• Willing to work rotational shifts.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify and/or eliminate content according to client policies.
• Meet KPIs defined by the client operation and maintain high quality.
• Make timely escalations per procedures.
• Protect confidentiality and ensure information security.
• Participate in ongoing training for role development.
• Follow all role-related instructions and communications.
