Job summary

DeFacto, a global fashion brand with 500+ stores, is seeking a Compensation & Benefits professional to manage annual salary reviews, benefit surveys, and expatriate compensation across all functions and locations. You will analyze market conditions, prepare salary proposals for hires, promotions, and transfers, and develop C&B projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and strong English, Excel skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a multinational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• 2 years experience in Compensation & Benefits in a multinational company is an asset.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
• Ability for multi-tasking, coordination and planning.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a multinational environment with strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical - problem solving with a detail-oriented perspective.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all Compensation & Benefits Management related processes such as annual salary reviews, variable pay, job evaluations, salary and benefit surveys, etc. across all functions/locations.
• Follows competitive trends and analyzes company policies and market conditions.
• Provides salary package proposals for new hires, assignments, promotions, transfers, within Company guidelines.
• Responsible for expatriate compensation packages.
• Prepares and analyzes standard and ad-hoc C&B and budgeting related reports.
• Tracks organization structures, job descriptions, and related metrics.
• Tracks C&B related metrics in detail and proposes actions to enhance.
• Develops new projects to enhance C&B related issues and processes.

• Prepares and analyzes standard and add-hoc C&B and budgeting related reports,
• Tracks the organization structures (organization schemes, performance systems, job evaluation system, job descriptions etc),
• Tracks C&B related metrics in detail and proposes and takes necessary actions to enhance,
• Develops new projects to enhance C&B related issues and processes.
