Job summary

Zorlu Holding is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Executive to join the HR team. You will act as a Center of Expertise for compensation matters, lead job evaluation and grading, and guide salary cycles across Group companies.

This role requires strong analytical and communication skills and English fluency. You will shape total rewards, incentive schemes, and budget planning, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver competitive programs and maintain policy alignment across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years in Compensation & Benefits with focus on job evaluation and salary management.
• Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits and rewards; analytical capabilities.
• Analytical, problem-solving skills, results-oriented, continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong presentation and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the review, update, and restructuring of compensation and benefits policies; advise Group companies as a Center of Expertise within HR.
• Maintain grading structures across Group companies and conduct job evaluation studies for new roles.
• Oversee the annual salary review process with consistent guidance across Group companies.
• Establish, enhance and implement performance-based incentive schemes across Group companies.
• Build and develop comprehensive reward and recognition programs for all Group companies.
• Oversee annual budget planning and provide guidance to Group companies.
• Participate in salary surveys and develop data-driven recommendations for a competitive total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with a focus on job evaluation and salary management.
• Deep understanding of compensation, benefits and rewards principles, with strong analytical capabilities.
• Analytical, strong problem-solving skills, results-oriented thinking, willing to learn and open to continuous improvement.
• Strong presentation and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Job Description

• Leading the review, update, and restructuring of the company's compensation and benefits policies.Guiding, advising and providing solutions to Group companies on compensation matters, acting as a Center of Expertise within Human Resources.
• Maintaining and ensuring the accuracy of grading structures across all Group companies, while conducting job evaluation studies to determine the appropriate grade levels for newly created roles.
• Overseeing the annual salary review process, ensuring coordinated and consistent implementation across all Group companies through effective guidance and direction.
• Establishing, enhancing and implementing performance-based incentive schemes throughout all Group companies.
• Building and developing comprehensive reward and recognition programs covering all Group companies.
• Overseeing the annual budget planning process and providing guidance to Group companies accordingly.
• Participating in salary surveys, and developing data-driven recommendations to build a competitive total rewards package and enhance company C&B policies.
