Job summary

DeFacto is seeking an experienced Organizational Development professional to join our team. You will design and implement structures and processes that support growth across our global retail network, with focus on agile transformations, efficiency, and workforce planning.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across 90+ countries, leverage modern HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors, and contribute to career development through DeFacto Business Academy and our wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Organizational Development.
• Proven experience in organizational design and agile transformation projects.
• Knowledge of organizational efficiency, workforce planning, and job evaluation (Korn Ferry).
• Strong MS Office and Google Workspace skills.
• Retail or e-commerce industry experience preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking, planning, organization, and stakeholder management.
• Good command of English.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, analysis, and implementation of organizational structures and efficiency initiatives.
• Lead organizational structure design, transformation, and change management translating strategy into needs.
• Conduct efficiency analyses to define suitable structure for each department.
• Conduct productivity and workload analyses to maintain staffing models.
• Perform job evaluations to determine job sizing across positions.
• Establish job descriptions and conduct RACI analyses to clarify responsibilities.
• Identify opportunities to use AI and robotic process automation in HR processes.
• Configure and maintain organizational structures within HR systems.

• Strong analytical thinking, planning, organization, and stakeholder management skills,
• Good command of English,
• Preferably with experience in SAP SuccessFactors or similar systems.

Basic Functions:

• Contribute to the design, analysis, and implementation of organizational structures and efficiency initiatives that support DeFacto's strategic priorities.
• Take an active role in organizational structure design, transformation, and change management projects, translating the company's strategic direction into future organizational needs.
• Conduct organizational efficiency analyses to define the most suitable structure for each department, and to follow the implementation of resulting changes.
• Conduct productivity and workload analyses to build, maintain, and periodically update departments' norm staffing (headcount) models.
• Conduct job evaluations to determine job sizing across company positions.
• Establish job descriptions and conduct RACI analyses to prevent confusion regarding authority and responsibilities among company roles.
• Identify opportunities to utilize technologies — particularly artificial intelligence and robotic process automation — across HR processes by keeping pace with technological advancements.
• Configure and maintain organizational structures within HR systems.
