Job summary

DeFacto, a global fashion brand with 500+ stores and online operations, is seeking a senior professional to lead supplier relations, buy-in trends, and product development in Istanbul. You will coordinate with HQ and suppliers to ensure quality, timelines, and cost targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years of experience, and strong English, planning, and analytical skills. It offers growth through DeFacto Business Academy and international collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Have a good understanding consumer demands and a good feeling of bestseller trends.
• Identify customers’ demands, preferences and expectations then prepare collections accordingly.
• Conduct customer and competitor researches and analysis, adapting findings on buying actions.
• Provide all communication between supplier and HQ during production process.
• Capable of supplying product from suppliers at expected quality, within deadline and at affordable prices.
• Monitor the sales of products, visit suppliers.
• Order and production tracking (deadline, quality and standards).
• Conduct quality and product development studies with suppliers.
• Prepare reports by reviewing sales performance indicators regularly.
• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and search for resources for new products.
