Job summary

Doğuş Hospitality & Retail Group seeks an experienced project and process improvement professional to drive end-to-end initiatives across our hospitality and retail portfolio.

You will analyze business needs, translate requirements, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on time with high quality. Strong English, collaboration, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Management Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in process development and project management.
• Excellent English (spoken and written).
• Strong MS Office knowledge and analytical skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate requirements into actionable solutions.
• Evaluate impact of requirements on systems and processes and identify risks.
• Convert requirements into functional specs and designs for technical teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and timelines.
• Lead digital transformation and end-to-end process improvement projects.
• Monitor progress and guide cross-functional teams to ensure delivery.
• Coordinate testing activities, including UAT, to ensure quality.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor's degree preferably Industrial Engineering,Management Engineering etc.
• At least 7 years of experience in process development and project management
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project),
• Strong communication and project management skills,
• Strong analytical and organization skill with attention to detail,
• Good task tracking and time management skills,
• Ability to work under strict deadlines.

• Coordinate testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure solutions meet expected outcomes and quality standards.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster strong collaboration between business units and technical teams, acting as a trusted partner throughout the delivery process.
• Prepare and communicate project updates, progress reports, and key insights to relevant stakeholders
• Evaluate requests from business units in terms of efficiency, benefit, and feasibility, and make informed decisions on whether to implement them or develop alternative solutions.
