3M in Istanbul, Turkey is seeking an Application Engineer for Industrial Adhesives & Tapes Solutions in emerging markets (Turkey & MEA). You will develop expertise in adhesives technologies, lead technical projects with customers, and deliver solutions that address real challenges.

This role requires strong collaboration with R&D, marketing, sales, and manufacturing teams worldwide. The ideal candidate has a technical degree and hands-on experience in application engineering and customer-facing

Formación

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline.
Experience in application engineering or a technical service role.
Technical knowledge of adhesives, tapes, bonding, and related technologies.
Ability to translate customer needs into practical technical solutions.
Proficiency in English and Turkish.

Responsabilidades

Develop expertise in assembly solutions, tapes and adhesive technologies.
Design, test, and deliver adhesive solutions that meet customer needs.
Lead technical aspects of customer projects, including product selection and design-in.
Provide quick, effective responses to customer technical inquiries.
Deliver product demonstrations and technical trainings.
