Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree / MBA is required.

• Discretion: High level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Target Tracking: cascade priorities and KPIs across the company into actionable outcomes.
• Project Management & Coordination: drive cross‑functional initiatives with transparent risk and milestone reporting.
• Business Development & Market Insights: analyze markets, competitors, and partnerships to inform decisions.
• Financial Analysis & Executive Presentations: prepare business cases, analysis, and high‑level presentations for the Exec Committee.
• Stakeholder Management & Execution: oversee decisions and represent the Committee externally when needed.
