Constructor Labs seeks a high-impact Business Manager to shadow the President for Türkiye & the Balkans and to actively support execution across strategy, sales, and partnerships. The role blends executive assistance with hands-on commercial execution in a hybrid setup.

The candidate should be fluent in English and experienced in executive support, business development, and cross-functional coordination, with strong presentation skills and strategic mindset.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in executive support, business management, or similar hybrid roles.
• Experience in sales, business development, or commercial functions.
• Strong presentation preparation and delivery skills.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Shadow the President and provide executive support and calendar oversight.
• Coordinate meetings, travel, agendas, and follow-ups for efficient execution.
• Track strategic initiatives and regional targets in Türkiye & Balkans.
• Support sales pipeline tracking, partner coordination, and commercial reviews.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and briefing documents.
• Act as a communication bridge between the President and internal/external stakeholders.
