Job summary

Amphenol Canada Corp. in Turkey seeks a Regional Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth for ACC Aerospace Products and Filter Connectors. You will develop annual sales plans, execute programs, and travel to promote products and win designs.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or Mathematics, 3+ years in engineering or technical sales, and strong English communication. Travel 50–75% with a global team and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or Mathematics.
3+ years in Engineering, Technical Sales or Consulting, preferably in Electronics or Manufacturing.
Experience with Cost/Margin Analysis and strong English communication.

Responsibilities

Develop in-depth knowledge of the Interconnect market and competitive landscape in Europe and Asia.
Promote the product line and grow market share across Europe and Asia.
Travel 50–75% to present products with the Central team and develop new product strategies.
Identify and monitor design-in opportunities, issue quotes and track order flow.
Develop pricing for new opportunities by analyzing competition and cost margins.
Liaise with Engineering and Production teams to ensure smooth order delivery from concept to delivery.
Collaborate with distribution and sales teams and product marketing.
