Job summary

Flormar in Turkey is seeking a logistics planner to optimize material flow, coordinate with suppliers, and manage ERP/MRP-driven processes.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, SAP ERP expertise, and collaboration with sales teams; offers flexible work options and strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of planning experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Advanced MS Office skills with ERP/MRP experience; SAP knowledge required.
• Male candidates must have completed military service.

Responsibilities

• Create material & finished goods requests from MRP requirements and send POs to suppliers.
• Receive supplier confirmations and update dates in the ERP system.
• Organize weekly meetings with sales teams & suppliers and monitor code revisions.
• Manage pull-forward, postponement, and cancellation processes with suppliers.
• Track follow-up of orders opened in return for rejected orders.
• Handle module planning and procurement; support master data for codes and barcodes.
• Publish stock inventory reports and monitor levels with recommendations to prevent excess stock.
• Prepare monthly department KPI reports and ensure KPI reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards.

Key Competencies That Will Make You Stand Out

• University degree from faculty of engineering or a related field,
• Minimum 2 year experience of planning,
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills with attention to detail,
• Advanced computer skills and knowledge of MS Office programs with experienced on ERP & MRP systems (SAP knowledge is a must),
• Team player with proactive approach and ability to take initiative,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Male candidates should have completed their military service.

What to Expect in This Role

• Create material & finished goods request resulting from MRP requirements and communicate purchase orders to suppliers,
• Receive order confirmations from suppliers and update confirmed dates in the ERP system,
• Organize weekly meetings with sales teams &suppliers and monitor the revisions of the codes under responsibility,
• Manage necessary pull-forward, postponement, and cancellation processes by communicating with suppliers regarding orders requiring revisions,
• Track the follow-up of orders opened in return for rejected orders,
• Take responsibility for all module and stand planning and procurement processes,Support master data activities related to codes and barcodes for new modules, module sets, and stands,
• Publish stock inventory reports, monitor levels, and report to relevant parties with recommendations to prevent excess stock,
• Prepare monthly department KPI reports, fulfill assigned tasks to meet performance criteria, and ensure KPI reporting,
• Ensure full compliance with all company policies, legal regulations, and occupational health & safety standards
