Cobble - Van de Wiele Limited is seeking an Installation Service & Support Engineer based in Türkiye to provide on-site and remote support for MES systems. You will diagnose issues, fine-tune applications, and ensure production lines run smoothly for Turkish customers.

You will install and configure MES systems at customer sites, train users, and advise on best practices to maximize MES value. Regular travel within Türkiye and occasional trips abroad are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in ICT, computer science, electronics or related field or equivalent hands-on MES knowledge.
• Knowledge of Windows systems and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) is a plus; MES/ERP familiarity helpful.
• Based in Gaziantep with a valid driving licence; able to travel regularly to Türkiye and occasional trips abroad.

Responsibilities

• You are the local contact for customers in Türkiye, owning issues until resolved.
• You provide front-line on-site and remote support: diagnosing issues and fine-tuning applications.
• You install and configure MES systems on-site, from new projects to upgrades.
• You guide and advise customers to maximise MES investment and efficiency.
• You collaborate with global teams at headquarters in Belgium.

Türkiye is one of the largest textile manufacturing markets in the world, and a growing number of its mills run on BMS technology. To support them, we are looking for an Installation Service & Support Engineer based in Türkiye.

• You are the local contact for our customers in Türkiye. When something needs attention, a question, an issue, a new idea, you're the one they call, and you own it until it's resolved.
• You provide front-line support, on-site and remotely: diagnosing issues, fine-tuning applications, and keeping our systems, and our customers' production lines, running smoothly.
• You become the trusted advisor. You know your customers' plants, their people and their way of working, so you don't just fix what's broken; you guide, train and advise them on how to get more out of their MES investment. You'll be the one who makes BMS's impact visible on the Turkish textile floor.
• You install and configure our MES systems on-site, from new projects to upgrades at existing customers. Always tailored to the specific needs of the plant in front of you.
• You will be part of a larger worldwide team but in this role your colleagues from the Installation and Service teamd and the Development team at our headquarters in Belgium will be your work besties on which you can rely.
• You make a real impact. Every hour of downtime you prevent and every process you help improve shows up directly in your customers' efficiency and quality, and in BMSvision's reputation in the Turkish textile market.

Let’s talk you

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in ICT, computer science, electronics or a related field, or you have gained equivalent knowledge about MES through hands-on experience. We also offer technically skilled school leavers the opportunity to embark on an adventure with us.
• Knowledge of Windows systems and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) is a plus, just like basic knowledge of MES or ERP systems.
• You're based in Gaziantep and hold a valid driving licence.
• You're happy to travel regularly to customer sites across Türkiye, and open to the occasional trip abroad: to our HQ in Belgium or to customers in neighbouring countries.
• You are a service person at heart: autonomous, customer-oriented and stress-resistant. You stay calm when a production line is down and you follow through until the customer is happy. Building long-term relationships come naturally to you.
• You are a native or fluent Turkish speaker and communicate confidently in English, both with customers and with your international colleagues. Any additional language is a welcome bonus.
