Job summary

MR.DIY Türkiye is seeking a hands-on Business Applications & Integration Supervisor to own end-to-end management of our ERP, WMS, SAP, e-commerce platforms, APIs and data services.

You will set strategy and roadmaps, ensure availability and security, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with internal teams and vendors to translate retail needs into scalable technology solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in enterprise application or business systems management.
• Retail industry experience required.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, e-commerce and retail business processes.
• Experience managing or developing in-house business applications.
• Good understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows and databases.
• Experience managing software vendors, releases, testing and change processes.
• Strong written and spoken English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Business Applications & Integration Supervisor to take end-to-end ownership of our business application landscape in a fast-growing retail organization.

The role will be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, availability and continuous improvement of our in-house developed ERP, WMS, SAP, third-party e-commerce platforms, APIs, integrations, data and reporting services.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in enterprise application or business systems management.
• Previous experience in the retail industry is required.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, e-commerce and retail business processes.
• Experience managing or developing in-house business applications.
• Good understanding of APIs, system integrations, data flows and databases.
• Experience managing software vendors, releases, testing and change processes.
• Working knowledge of SQL, reporting platforms and data-quality concepts.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and spoken English and Turkish.
