Job summary

Beymen Group, a leader in Turkey's luxury retail sector, seeks a Senior SAP Specialist to oversee SAP MM/SD/CAR operations, drive ASAP-based projects, and design new processes. The candidate should have extensive SAP project experience in retail and strong collaboration with business units.

Responsibilities include SAP project governance, integrations with third-party systems, ABAP debugging as needed, and training for stores and end users to ensure smooth go-lives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of relevant university departments,
• Minimum of 10+ years of active experience in SAP projects, particularly in the retail sector,
• Experience in HANA transformation projects is preferred,
• Proficiency in Project Management Tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.) and MS Office (Visio),
• Familiarity with PMI, Agile, and ASAP methodologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure SAP projects are executed according to the ASAP (SAP Application and System Application Methodology) methodology.
• Support daily operations of SAP MM - SD - CAR and design new processes.
• Analyze requests from relevant business units and develop solutions to meet these requests.
• Possess at least debugging-level ABAP knowledge for error detection if needed.
• Coordinate with business units on SAP projects and deploy applications according to project plans.
• Participate in the design, development, customization, testing, and go-live processes of SAP applications.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve issues occurring in SAP systems.
• Work on SAP integrations and connections with third-party systems.
• Meet the demands of internal and external customers regarding SAP and external system integrations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Complete updates and maintenance activities for existing SAP and external system applications.
• Provide training for stores, dealers, and end users.
