Job summary

Ödeal is seeking a senior Head of Brand & Digital Growth Manager to own the company’s digital visibility, brand, and communications. You will build main growth channels, turning customer insight into messaging, leads, and revenue, collaborating with sales, product and technology.

This hands-on role requires strategy plus execution, with ownership, experimentation, and ownership mindset. You will lead a high-performing marcom and digital growth team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in marketing, digital growth or marcom, including leadership roles.
• Proven track record in performance marketing, lead generation and funnel optimization.
• Strong hands-on skills in SEO, SEM, paid social, web and content management.
• Experience working with sales teams and turning insight into revenue.
• Solid brand and communications background, with PR and agency management.
• Data-driven mindset; comfortable with analytics, CRM and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own Ödeal's digital presence and advertising across all paid, owned and earned channels.
• Keep improving the lead funnel end to end: acquisition, quality, conversion and cost efficiency.
• Lead SEO and SEM strategy and execution to grow organic and paid visibility.
• Manage and direct creative, media and digital content for best performance.
• Collaborate with tele-sales and field sales to unlock opportunities.
• Define brand management and communication strategy for all audiences.
• Oversee content production: blogs, landing pages, visibility-focused content.
• Lead PR activities and manage CEO's PR and thought-leadership agenda.
• Design and run data-driven marketing budgets, channel mix and priorities.
• Build and develop a high-performing marcom and digital growth team.
