Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years experience in brand or marketing management.
• Hands-on ATL campaign development and end-to-end ad production.
• Experience managing full product lifecycle from insight to post-launch.
• Strong brand positioning, portfolio management and integrated marketing communications.
• Ability to translate consumer and market data into business actions.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including budgeting.
• Creative mindset to turn ideas into consumer experiences.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Shape brand strategy by evaluating consumer needs, category trends and priorities.
• Create annual brand roadmaps and define key initiatives for growth.
• Design and deliver integrated campaigns across offline, digital and social channels.
• Turn insights into new campaigns and product ideas.
• Oversee marketing investments and assess cost, feasibility and profitability.
• Monitor brand performance and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate development and market introduction of new products.
• Guide creative, media and activation partners from briefing to delivery.
• Collaborate with commercial, financial and ops teams for execution.
• Evaluate campaigns and apply learnings to future activities.
• Prepare business reviews and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Monitor changing consumer behavior and market dynamics for risks and opportunities.
