Qualifications

• Experience designing complete funnels end to end, not just isolated pages.
• Strong written and verbal communication with data-driven decision making.
• Experience running structured experimentation programs and translating results into design direction.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end paid acquisition funnels across verticals.
• Translate editorial voice into conversion-focused formats.
• Create interactive tools (quizzes, calculators) with branching logic.
• Lead CRO mechanics as a design discipline and defend decisions with data.
• Mentor designers on funnel thinking and experimentation discipline.
