Job summary

complead is seeking a hands-on B2B Content & Growth Marketer to write, ship and measure marketing that builds brand awareness for complead in Türkiye, Europe, and the US. You’ll own content, newsletters, LinkedIn, rebrand SEO work, email campaigns, launches and a weekly performance cadence.

You will work on-site in Üsküdar, Istanbul, collaborating directly with leadership, producing content without agencies, and leveraging AI to accelerate output while growing the funnel through measurable

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech or regtech.
• Portfolio of B2B writing: blog posts, newsletters, LinkedIn content or web copy.
• Hands-on use of HubSpot or similar marketing automation tool, a CMS, and an SEO tool such as Semrush or Ahrefs.
• Daily, practical use of AI tools to research, draft and design faster.
• The habit of measuring impact and ability to explain results.
• You keep the calendar and ship content without being chased.
• Native-level written English and fluent Turkish.
• Basic design skills in Figma or Canva are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create content across blog posts, product pages, case studies and guides for complead.ai targeting regulated buyers.
• Manage complead Signal biweekly newsletter via HubSpot and LinkedIn from research to sending.
• Maintain company LinkedIn presence with a calendar that resonates with compliance leaders.
• Lead rebrand efforts in search by migrating and refreshing content and backlinks.
• Build email campaigns and simple HubSpot workflows to convert readers into leads.
• Publish launches and announcements as blog posts, LinkedIn updates, newsletters and sales one-pagers.
• Provide a short weekly report on traffic, rankings, open/click rates and MQLs.
