Job summary

Golden Goose is seeking a passionate Tailor to extend the life of our products through repair and remaking services in Istanbul. You will engage with customers to deliver a highly customized experience, reflect the brand heritage, and ensure pristine tailoring areas in line with store standards.

You will collaborate with sales and after-sales teams, assist in inventory and GDPR/compliance procedures, and use Golden App and related tools to profile customers for targeted service.

Qualifications

• Experience in tailoring and alterations.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Fluency in English and Turkish.

Responsibilities

• Offer personalized tailoring services to extend the life of Golden Goose products.
• Perform repairs and alterations including embroidery, patches, and fittings.
• Develop a showcase of embroidery designs and customized pieces.
