Fluency in Turkish and English is required, with 1–3 years in luxury retail. Based in the Tersane area, you will be a strong team player with adaptability to evolving customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Help clients express their personality through dream looks and contribute to store success.
• Provide product insights and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain brand-aligned store presentation and visual standards.
• Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and GDPR/health & safety compliance.
• Leverage omnichannel tools to engage customers with updates and personalized offers.
