You will engage in selling, maintain store standards, and utilize digital tools to enhance customer engagement, while fostering enduring relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Turkish and English.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail.
• Self-motivated with professional selling techniques.
• Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to monitor local trends and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Strong team player with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in expressing their personality through dream looks.
• Provide product insights, upsell and cross-sell to meet store goals.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with omnichannel engagement and personalized offers.
• Contribute to store presentation and maintain brand image and standards.
• Assist with store operations including opening/closing and inventory; adhere to GDPR and health & safety standards.
• Leverage IT tools (Golden App, Salesforce, Xstore, Stealth) to enhance engagement.
