Job summary

Golden Goose is seeking a passionate Sales Assistant (Style Maker) to build our customer experience by guiding clients through a complete Golden total look, reflecting their personality and our heritage.

You will engage customers with product knowledge, suggest complementary items, and maintain store visuals while following GDPR and safety standards; fluency in Turkish and English and 1–3 years in luxury retail are required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Turkish and English required; additional languages a plus.
• 1–3 years in luxury retail.
• Strong selling techniques and presentation skills; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in creating personalized looks and experiences.
• Provide product insights, upsell and cross-sell effectively.
• Maintain store presentation and adherence to brand standards.
• Support omnichannel engagement and GDPR/safety compliance.
• Operate store procedures including opening/closing and inventory.
