Job summary

Golden Goose in Istanbul is seeking a passionate Sales Assistant (Style Maker) to introduce clients to the Golden world, reflecting our heritage and values through personalized styling and exceptional service.

You will guide clients in creating a complete look, upsell with product insights, maintain store standards, and engage customers across omnichannel channels while respecting GDPR and health & safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Turkish and English is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in expressing their personality through dream looks and achieve store objectives.
• Provide product insights, upsell and cross-sell.
• Build lasting relationships using omnichannel approaches and GDPR compliance.
• Contribute to store presentation and maintain visual standards.
• Support store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and health and safety standards.
• Utilize digital tools (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore) to enhance engagement.
