Job summary

complead, formerly Sanction Scanner, is growing its B2B marketing function in Istanbul. This hands-on role writes, ships and measures the marketing that introduces complead to compliance teams in Türkiye, Europe and the US.

You own content, the biweekly complead Signal newsletter, LinkedIn activity, and the rebrand in search, plus email and HubSpot workflows. Native English and Turkish are required; on-site in Üsküdar, Istanbul.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of B2B marketing experience.
• Portfolio of B2B writing (blog posts, newsletters, web copy).
• Hands-on use of HubSpot or similar marketing automation tool, a CMS, and an SEO tool such as Semrush or Ahrefs.
• Daily, practical use of AI tools to research, draft and design faster.
• The habit of measuring: know what your last pieces brought in and explain why.
• Ownership: manage your calendar and ship without reminders.
• Native-level written English and fluent Turkish.
• Willing to work from our office in Üsküdar, Istanbul (on-site).

Responsibilities

• Create and manage content: blog posts, product page copy, case studies, and guides for complead.ai.
• Produce complead Signal biweekly newsletter in HubSpot and LinkedIn.
• Manage LinkedIn company page and CEO voice with a steady posting calendar.
• Migrate and refresh content from Sanction Scanner to complead.ai (SEO & backlinks).
• Build email workflows and list management in HubSpot to turn readers into leads.
• Plan launches and announcements as blog posts, LinkedIn posts, newsletter items and one-pagers.
• Provide weekly metrics on traffic, rankings, opens, clicks, and MQLs.
