Job summary

GlobalB Law seeks a Marketing & Operations Manager to own the firm's public-facing footprint across Istanbul and Los Angeles. You will drive website and social content, manage events, and shape internal workflows with a high-trust, cross-functional team.

The role covers content, events, and internal operations, collaborating closely with the managing partner to set cadence and execute strategic initiatives in a bilingual Turkish-English environment.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of marketing or operations experience.
• Native Turkish + fluent business English.
• Hands-on with a CMS (Next.js + Supabase) and email tooling (Resend).
• Comfort writing in Turkish and English at publishable standard.

Responsibilities

• Own GlobalB Law's public-facing presence: website, social, thought leadership, events.
• Partner with the managing partner on internal operations across Istanbul and Los Angeles.
• Set cadence, propose playbooks, and execute with cross-functional teams.
