Job summary

AloTech is seeking a hands-on Marketing Executive to drive growth in Türkiye and international markets. You will plan, execute, and optimise growth initiatives across both brands, covering digital campaigns, content, lead generation, and marketing operations in tight collaboration with Sales, design, web, and external partners.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably SaaS/tech or telecom.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field from a reputable university.
• Strong command of AI tools for research, content creation, campaign development, data analysis and automation.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimise B2B campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta and other paid channels.
• Build and manage campaign audiences, including lists and retargeting.
• Create campaign copy, landing pages, forms, emails and social content in English and Turkish.
• Coordinate creative assets for campaigns, launches, content and demos.
• Support SEO, GEO and website projects, content reviews and agency coordination.
• Manage lead capture, segmentation, routing and nurturing through CRM and marketing automation tools.
