Job summary

Pegasus Airlines is seeking a Cost Control Operation Specialist - Disabled to support our cost control function at our Istanbul office. Your focus will be reviewing invoices for Direct Operational Costs (DOC) to ensure accuracy against traffic results, agreements and tariffs, and to initiate appeal processes when needed.

You will reconcile DOC accounts in RCA, enter airport tariffs into the system in detail, and monitor incentives and refunds when targets are achieved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Civil Aviation, or similar.
• At least 2 years of experience in the cost control department.
• Knowledge of general accounting.
• Good command of English.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Analytical perspective with strong problem-solving and result-orientation.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills; ability to build relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Check conformity of invoices from suppliers for DOC against traffic results, agreements and tariffs, and initiate appeals.
• Reconcile DOC invoices flowing from RCA to the accounting system and determine accrual amounts.
• Enter airport agreements and tariffs into the RCA system in detail, including airport, service type, flight type, and aircraft type.
• Monitor incentive and refund amounts when targets are reached for the company and airports.
