Job summary

Pegasus Airlines is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive AI-enabled product initiatives and tie business needs to actionable requirements across Ancillary Products. You will work with Commercial, Operations, Customer Support, Finance, and Legal to shape roadmaps and deliver measurable impact.

Requirements include a MIS/CE/IE background, 4+ years as BA/PO/PM, strong English, and hands-on AI experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in MIS, CE, IE, Math, or related fields preferred.
• At least 4 years as BA/PO/PM; e‑commerce or digital product exp is a plus.
• Translate needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
• Hands‑on AI experience with AI tools and agentic workflows for analysis and prototyping.
• Identify AI opportunities and translate into business and product requirements with APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch features for Ancillary Products, ensuring quality across the lifecycle.
• Contribute to roadmap, planning and prioritization of Ancillary Products and integrations.
• Analyze needs, write detailed requirements, and prepare user stories and tests.
• Evaluate product journeys and funnels to identify friction and improvement ideas.
• Explore AI/Generative AI to enhance journeys, processes, and decision making.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Support, Marketing, Finance and Legal; remote teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration or related fields is preferred
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Product Owner and/or Project Manager; experience with high-volume e-commerce platforms, digital products or product development is a plus
• Ability to translate customer and business needs into clear business and product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and test scenarios
• Practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI and Agentic AI, with hands‑on experience using AI‑assisted tools and agentic workflows for analysis, product discovery, process improvement, automation or rapid prototyping
• Ability to identify valuable AI and automation opportunities and translate them into business and product requirements, considering integrations with systems, APIs and data sources
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles and familiarity with ITIL and Project Management practices
• Knowledge of IT architecture, integration layers and APIs, including SOAP and REST
• Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, critical‑thinking and stakeholder‑management skills, including experience working with remote colleagues
• A proactive, curious and outcome‑oriented mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, challenge existing approaches and take ownership from idea to measurable impact
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

In this role, you will

• Build and launch new features and enhancements for Ancillary Products, ensuring quality throughout the product lifecycle and providing post-launch support and continuous improvement
• Contribute to the roadmap, quarterly planning and prioritization of Ancillary Products and related third‑party integrations
• Analyze customer and business needs, define detailed requirements, design solutions considering usability, accessibility and customer experience, and prepare analysis documents, user stories, acceptance criteria and test scenarios
• Analyze product journeys, product performance and conversion funnels to identify friction points, improvement opportunities and new product ideas
• Identify opportunities to use AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI and automation to improve product journeys, internal processes, decision‑making and product development
• Continuously improve business processes by combining customer needs, data insights and emerging technologies to create measurable business value
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across Commercial, Operations, Customer Support, Marketing, Finance and Legal, as well as external partners and development teams
• Contribute to initiatives ranging from new ancillary products and integrations to AI‑enabled capabilities, automation and improvements to existing product journeys
