You will collect data across Türkiye, the Netherlands, and Malta, monitor budgets, and provide cost analyses to support decision-making. Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in cost control, budgeting, FP&A, or financial reporting.
• Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas and pivots.
• Experience with ERP systems; Logo ERP advantageous.
• English proficiency in writing and speaking.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, consolidate, and validate cost, expense, and budget data from group companies.
• Support the preparation and monitoring of consolidated budgets.
• Prepare monthly budget vs. actual reports and analyze variances.
• Monitor operating expenses across locations and cost centers.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and unusual spending patterns.
• Create financial reports, models, and management dashboards.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and procurement to ensure data accuracy.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and process improvement projects.
