Job summary

Pegasus Airlines is seeking a Technical Support Specialist - Disabled to join our IT support team. The role focuses on logging incidents, providing timely end-user support, and ensuring service delivery within SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in end-user support/helpdesk roles.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi).
• Experience with hardware components, troubleshooting, and fault diagnosis.
• Experience with ticketing and ITSM systems (ServiceNow, Jira, ManageEngine, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, and a focus on user satisfaction.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Log and register incidents and service requests reported by end users.
• Coordinate and provide the necessary IT support services to resolve issues and ensure service delivery in line with SLAs.

Requirements

In this role, you will
