Job summary

Honda Türkiye A.Ş. is seeking a seasoned after-sales analyst to strengthen dealer partnerships across the Marmara region. You will conduct dealer visits, evaluate performance, and prepare insightful reports to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from relevant university departments.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Preferably with after sales experience at least 5 years in the field of Automobile industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Willingness and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to automobile dealers to perform evaluations and follow-ups.
• Prepare and present after-sales reports and presentations.
• Manage after-sales dealer operations and develop dealer improvement plans.
• Monitor dealer risks and financial status.
• Facilitate communication between dealers and HTR.
• Ensure dealer compliance with HTR aftersales standards.
• Analyze and monitor dealership KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
