Job summary

Arcustin Games is seeking a Growth Analyst to join our Performance Marketing team. You will support the growth and marketing efforts behind Arcustin’s mobile games, helping create, launch, monitor, and improve user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels.

In this role, you will analyze key metrics, run A/B tests, and collaborate with product, data, and creative teams to improve marketing execution. The position offers early ownership in a fast-growing studio and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in performance marketing or a related analytical role.
• Interest in mobile games, performance marketing, and creative testing.
• Familiarity with paid channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads, or AppLovin.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to read data and recommend actions.
• Fluent English and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation, planning, launch, and management of mobile marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns across budgets, bids, audiences, creatives, and placements.
• Analyze metrics like CPI, CTR, CVR, ROAS, LTV, and payback period.
• Prepare clear performance reports and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product, creative, data, and tech teams to improve marketing execution.
• Support A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and assets.
