Job summary

Zoomlion Türkiye in İzmir seeks an Area Sales Manager with construction machinery experience to lead and grow the sales team. You will build customer portfolios, develop strategies to hit targets, and coach the team to achieve performance and growth in the heavy equipment sector.

You will report to the Sales Director, work with marketing on campaigns, and drive customer relations while identifying new business opportunities and managing quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales leadership experience in construction machinery or heavy equipment.
• Strong coaching and mentoring ability to develop the sales team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a customer-facing focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, International Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and team management within the construction machinery or heavy equipment industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor team members
• Valid driver’s license (Class B) and active driving experience
• No restrictions for domestic and/or international travel
• Experience working in a dynamic, customer-facing environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven problem-solving, sales, and negotiation abilities

Job Description
