Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from reputable universities' related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Open to change and innovation in processes.
• High level of computer literacy; MS Office proficiency.
• Experience in automotive business is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support dealers to implement Hyundai strategies and programs for After Sales; maintain standards via regular dealer visits.
• Analyze dealers' part and labor sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, KPI and create action plans.
• Guide dealers on customer complaints to ensure consistent experience and loyalty.
• Support dealers to achieve parts and accessory sales targets.
• Evaluate dealer staff skills and arrange on-the-job training or Hyundai Academy sessions.
• Ensure Brand Identity standards at facilities and in customer communications.
• Guide dealers on local marketing activities aligned with HMTR strategies to grow regional sales.
• Assist Dealer Network Department during new facility openings, terminations and renovations.
• Conduct market research, define customer needs and share findings with Field Service Manager.
• Report regularly on dealers After Sales operations to management (weekly, monthly, annual).
