1. You will be in charge of conducting data analysis and data mining of risk control domains to uncover risk patterns and useful features, designing risk control solutions including strategies and machine learning models, implementing the solutions together with our engineering teams.
2. To understand business needs of stakeholders, especially in the risk control domain, and come up with end-to-end anti-fraud solution design that is effective, practical and robust in resolving business challenges.
3. To closely collaborate with data engineers, AI engineers and backend developers to timely implement and deliver the risk strategies/models as services.
4. To set up frameworks and SOP for risk control projects from data labelling, feature engineering, all the way to model/strategy evaluation and monitoring. To define success metrics for risk control products, design and conduct AB tests for performance evaluation, and implement monitoring mechanisms for performance tracking and anomaly detection.
5. To conduct research on applying cutting-edge techniques in the crypto industry and lead experiments on resolving real challenges.

1. Strong foundation in risk analysis and risk strategy design, minimal 5 years experience as risk strategist, data scientist, data analyst, product manager in risk control/anti-fraud domain is required.
2. Experience in designing and building risk control products and strategies in crypto or financial or other IT industries.
3. Willing to working in a fast paced environment, with competing resources and priorities. Ability to navigate through ambiguity to advocate for resources.
4. Excellent written and verbal communications skills; ability to translate risk solutions into clear and actionable plans for both developers and business owners.
5. High proficiency delving into the technical product, system and implementation details. Able to engage with engineering beyond just product and user experience needs; willing to roll up sleeves and design scalable and extensible solutions.
6. Data oriented - identifying, defining, tracking and acting upon impact metrics. Experience identifying KPIs and working with engineering and analytics on instrumentation and monitoring.
7. Rich experience of collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver complex projects with multiple dependencies and constraints in a highly dynamic environment.

1. Master's degree or above in Statistics, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline
2. Passion for Bitcoin, crypto, Defi and blockchain technology
3. Fluent in Mandarin and English
