A leading mobility services company in Singapore is looking for a Vice President of Product to lead their Product organization. This senior leadership role requires 10-12+ years of experience in Product Management and 4+ years of leading a diverse team. The VP will oversee the development and execution of a full-stack product strategy, ensuring innovation and operational excellence across user-facing applications and core systems. This position emphasizes strategic alignment, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
The Vice President, Product is a senior leadership role at GetGo, reporting to the CEO. You will lead the Product organization, encompassing Product Management, Design, and Product Operations.
You will be accountable for developing and executing the full-stack product strategy in support of GetGo's growth, efficiency, and mission delivery. This includes all software products, from GetGo’s user-facing applications (including new services such as subscription) to core operational systems (fleet and customer management), and across all markets, in support of our core mobility services. This role requires a leader and a team player who can translate organizational vision into a detailed, high-impact product roadmap, ensuring user delight, operational effectiveness, and overall innovation and mission impact.
1. Full-Stack Product Strategy & Execution
Strategic Alignment and Communication: Partner with the leadership team to translate the company's OKRs and organizational strategy into a clear, measurable Product Strategy, prioritizing initiatives that maximize business value and align with technological capabilities.
Functional Strategy Ownership: Develop and own the mid-term (up to 2 years) roadmap for GetGo’s entire platform. This includes three main verticals: 1) User Experience & App, 2) Core Operational Systems, and 3) New Services, directly enhancing user satisfaction, retention, business growth, and operational efficiency.
Product Innovation: Derive and utilize qualitative and quantitative insights, as well as catalyze the adoption of innovative technologies, to drive innovation within the product function and ensure GetGo maintains its leading edge in the mobility sector.
2. Product Management, Design & Delivery
End-to-End Delivery: Oversee the successful execution of the product roadmap, ensuring efficient delivery from discovery and design through to launch and performance tracking in support of the company’s strategic and operational objectives.
UX & Design Excellence: Lead the Product Design function, championing a deep understanding of both our user and stakeholder needs, while delivering a consistent, elegant, and industry-leading user experience (UX/UI) across all customer-facing and internal tools.
Product Operations Scale: Define, standardize, and optimize processes for development and deployment, focusing on scalability, quality assurance, and high-velocity iteration for a high-growth environment.
3. Cross-Functional Leadership & People Management
Cross-Functional Problem Solving: Drive alignment and collaboration with key functional heads (e.g., Engineering, Operations, Marketing) to resolve high-impact functional trade-offs and remove roadblocks to shared delivery goals.
Team Leadership: Manage and lead the multi-disciplinary Product function, including managers and individual contributors, ensuring the team is structured, staffed, and empowered to reach its objectives.
Talent Development: Be responsible for the hiring, mentoring, and performance management of the Product team, instilling a culture of curiosity, execution, and customer empathy.
10-12+ years of progressive experience in Product Management, with at least 4+ years leading a multi-disciplinary Product organization (PMs, Designers, Researchers) in a high-growth technology or B2C scale-up.
Proven success in owning a full-stack product portfolio covering both customer-facing applications and complex internal operational systems.
Exceptional communication skills, with experience managing alignment between senior executive leaders and driving consensus across functional boundaries.
Demonstrated expertise in applying Critical and Strategic Thinking to translate ambiguity into clear, actionable product roadmaps.
