A leading food company in Singapore is seeking a highly responsible Operations Coordinator to oversee daily operations related to dispatch and stock management. The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration and is proficient in both English and Mandarin for effective communication with drivers. Responsibilities include supporting daily logistics and ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures. Working 5.5 days a week, this role offers a dynamic working environment in Jurong.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in relevant fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in written and oral English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations including dispatch and receiving.
  • Ensure accuracy in stock levels and compliance with SOPs.
  • Manage drivers' routes and enquiries.
