Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for order fulfilment and deliveries.
• Manage inventory control by regular cycle count and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with agents, carriers, vendors, and customers.
• Handle day-to-day processing including picking, packing, and collections.
• Support productivity enhancements in Contract Logistics Operations.
• Engage in warehouse system digitalization initiatives.
• Ensure timely closure of all shipping processes.
• Maintain accurate records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Ensure timely delivery of all documents to customers.
• Generate monthly performance reports.
• Communicate and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with agents on permit declaration information.
• Inspect materials against shipping documents.
• Ensure proper labeling for stock accuracy.
• Assist in daily warehouse operations.
