We are seeking friendly and energetic Service Crew to join our team at various KTV outlets across Singapore. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for guests while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and attend to guests with professional and attentive service
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately
• Assist in preparing, setting up, and maintaining the cleanliness of rooms and service areas
• Handle cashiering duties and ensure accurate transactions
• Manage guest requests and feedback in a courteous and efficient manner
• Support overall outlet operations including restocking, setup, and closing duties
• Work closely with team members to deliver an enjoyable guest experience

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; training will be provided
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, service-oriented attitude with a team player mindset
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
