- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive team and department heads to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support business objectives and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. MBA preferred.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of driving business growth and achieving results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
