A luxury hotel in Singapore is seeking a maintenance technician responsible for repairing and maintaining air conditioning, refrigeration, and plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will manage guest room maintenance requests and participate in preventive maintenance programs. Experience in a similar role is required, along with a commitment to quality service and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in repairing and maintaining air conditioning systems, refrigeration, and plumbing.
- Ability to handle ad hoc maintenance and repair tasks.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures.
Responsabilités
- Repair and maintain all aircon systems and refrigeration.
- Attend to maintenance requests from Housekeeping and Front Office.
- Check equipment for faults and carry out necessary repairs.
· Repair and maintain all aircon system, refrigeration, mechanical ventilation, boiler, plumbing and all other equipment and system.
· Attend to guest room maintenance as reported by the Housekeeping department or Front Office.
· Check equipment and system for faults and carry out the necessary repair works.
· Participate in all preventive maintenance and energy conservation programme.
· Upkeep the interior furnishing of the hotel including all repair works and repainting as required.
· Any other ad hoc maintenance or repair work
