The Binance Accelerator Program is designed for early-career professionals to gain immersive, hands-on experience in the Web3 and blockchain industry. Participants will work with real teams, contribute to projects, and develop transferable skills through networking and mentorship.

You will work closely with developers and internal teams to ensure product quality and testing efficiency, especially by developing automation tools and managing internal environments.

• Collaborate with different teams to understand tooling and QA requirements
• Maintain and manage internal testing environments
• Assist in daily development tasks (config management, bug resolution)
• Design and build internal systems to improve development efficiency
• Cypress UI automation
• Work within CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless software release cycles
