Qualifications

• 3-7 years' experience in End to End Management of Retail and Wholesale Food Processing.
• 3-5 years' experience in End to End Food processing in FAASOS PRODUCTS.
• Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong grasp of operational systems and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor in Planning and monitor daily operations.
• Resolve customer complaints ensuring complete satisfaction.
• Manage Suppliers and Admin for smooth operations.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
• Conduct staff training and monitor performance.
